Keeping Clear Airport Security On The Mind

By Greg Diener

Airport security has been one of the biggest issues when dealing with the risks of terrorism. The government and the airline industry have to be aware of the growing threats that face our country each and every day. Clear airport security is something that must not be taken lightly. It is an issue that has to be dealt with appropriately.

Regardless we have seen on the news a ton of complications about how broken the security system is at our airports. Some individuals have screamed about inappropriate screenings at the security gate from the TSA, a few travelers have been pushed to scrub flights due to airport shutdowns over potential security threats that have later turned out to be nothing serious. This has only served to add trouble for tourists when they try to get on a plane. Most people are mindful of the threats associated with air travel, but they want to feel like security is working with them and not against them when they are just planning to board the plane.

As a person who has never enjoyed being on a flight and is on at least maybe one-two flights a decade, I do not like being on a flight because there are many issues with safety at the airports that I notice aren't being met. There are on average at least ten problem I see at the airport that could lead to a circumstance where there is a security breach. It is an issue that the airlines and the TSA should address because one wrong move might cause disaster for an entire business.

New solutions are being answered to somewhat lessen the concerns about security at the airport. One service known as CLEAR allows a passenger to submit their information for a yearly fee to give them the chance to move through long security lines and reach their flight much easier. While still subject to the conventional TSA security screenings, methods like these have the chance to make the lives of travelers much easier.

It is not complex to assume that there may come a time where airline travel will not be described with some degree of apprehension about how broken the system is. If new solutions can come to the table, and answer the different problems about security while keeping an eye on threats in an adequate matter, every passenger will win out in the long-run.
